If you are genuinely seeking some help, advice and support (or you want to give some), then you have come to the right place! This is a great way to meet people who have been, or are going through, exactly what you are!

For those of you who have never been here before, SYBD offers a FREE forum membership. Later on, if you do feel that your membership has been valuable - either in terms of advice received or friendships made - then please make a donation to the site - even a pound or dollar would help!
