BE A PART OF SYBD HISTORY

We need your help to make the SYBD documentary film. You can help in two ways

1) By being a contributor to the film by being interviewed - this is only open to SYBD Benefactor memebers (paid members) who have used the forum and found it helpful.

2) Or by making a donation - any amount you're prepared to contribute will be gratefully received.

WHAT'S THE MONEY FOR?

Good question! I am glad you've asked. The money will go toward the next six months' cost of filming, travel, equipment, professionals (editors, sound engineers etc) and toward the contributors fees too. So far we've raised around a thousand dollars. Thanks to everyone who's contributed.

HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE?

You can do so through US checks, UK cheques or through a special fund on Paypal.

To pay by check/cheque, then please contact Thea Newcomb by email for the mailing/postal addresses to send monies to.

NOTE: That is the same address to use for donations via paypal.

HOW MUCH?

We are hoping to reach a target of 200,000 dollars. Minimum payment through paypal is just five dollars (appx £ 2.50) so really not a lot. Feel free to give whatever you can or wish to. No amount too big or too small!

NOTE: Donations of $ 100.00 or more will have the option of receiving and end title credit in the actual film. (I say it's optional because some people might not want to be associated with a 'dumped' film, ha!)

SO FAR

In the first week of fund raising - we have raised more than 500.00 dollars which is helping to enable the filming of the remaining interviews, but though it's a brililant start, it's not enough.

2) Read up on the new blog for updates, pics, podcasts and the like (most of which is coming soon).

3) Send your email address in (to the above address in red) to get added to our mailing list for information about the film! Your address will not be sold on to any third parties. This will soley be used to keep you posted about the film's progress and screenings. We'll be adding special features to the site for the film - like downloadable podcasts, break-up tracks and so forth - in the coming months so watch this space...
